TEAM
LAUREN ERICKSON
Lauren received a BA in Theatre Arts from Illinois Wesleyan and her K-9 teaching license from National Louis University. She taught 2nd grade and 3rd grade at Ardmore Elementary School in Villa Park, IL. She currently works as a teaching artist and director in the Chicagoland area. Her professional performing experience includes shows at Metropolis Performing Arts Center, City Lit Theatre, Chicago Children's Theatre and Big Noise Theatre.
CINDY HARTIGAN
Cindy Hartigan received her MFA in Youth Theatre from the University of Hawaii at Mānoa. While on Oahu, she developed a performance group known as the Power of Play (P.O.P.) Project, devising shows for children’s hospitals and promoting the therapeutic use of dance, art, and creative play in long-term care facilities. Cindy has also been a visiting artist at Our Sisters’ School (OSS) in New Bedford, MA for the last several years. At OSS, she guides the students as they devise and perform original productions about social issues in their community.
